The Deathbed Confession now published

Hi again. It is not long since I published the second novel in the DI Gallway series. It’s really a sequel to the first and tells you what follows on from the crime being solved in The Confessional Killings, as well as introducing a whole new crime for Seamus Gallway and his team to solve.

It’s a big read but I hope you will find it worth it. So often crime novels discard the characters from book to book and I didn’t want that. I wanted to particularly maintain the links and relationships I had built up with my characters and I think some stories are worth completing. You will find a lot more about Seamus’ team and how many of them develop with hopefully some good suprises in store.

Is a villain really always all bad? I think that depends. Sometimes the answer is yes and other times no. I’m letting the reader, you, make up your own mind on this one. But suffice to say writing this book, like the other, was an emotional journey too. I found myself identifying with the trials and tribulations the characters go through.

Suffice to say I love my growing family of people in the Di Gallway series. I hope you will find it not only a good read but also funny too. I can’t help but inject it with my own brand of humour and I must admit some parts made me chuckle too. Perhaps in further blogs I will reveal some of my favourite characters without giving the game away to new readers. I do recommend you read Confessional Killings first though, as otherwise this second book will contain many spoilers to that.

Thanks for reading this and I hope you will read my books too.
